SECTION III: TRAINING FEE PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
7. Introduction
Every trainee is required to pay the training fees either in US Dollars or in their local currency at the applicable exchange rate. The fee is set at the equivalent of $150 for applicants from resource-limited countries (Categories 1 & 2, see Appendix 1), and $300 for applicants from high-income countries (the rest of the world). The fee for personalized (one-on-one) training is $500, regardless of duration or the trainee’s country of origin. However, for ASCP Technologist and Specialist candidates, the fee is reduced to $300.
Payments may be made either in a single lump sum or in a maximum of two installments, payable within the first two consecutive months of the program. The acceptable methods of payment are listed in Appendix 2.
8. Policy statement, fee payment
a) At the time of payment, the trainee must notify management via email or WhatsApp.
b) If paying in installments, the trainee must indicate the outstanding balance and specify the date it will be cleared within the first two months of training.
c) If the expected funds are not remitted, the trainee will be granted a 7-day grace period to settle the balance. Failure to do so will result in the temporary archiving of the student’s portal until full payment is made. If the balance remains unpaid by the end of the three-month training cycle, course access will be permanently deactivated, and the returning policy will apply.
d) The discount policy may apply in special circumstances (e.g., documented currency inflation, economic crises, natural disasters, wars, etc.).
e) Any transfer charges are the responsibility of the trainee. If DPO is the preferred method of payment, the trainee must inform TriumphClass via email or WhatsApp in advance so that an invoice can be prepared on time (See payment methods- Appendix 2).
9. Policy statement, Refund
To determine a trainee’s eligibility for a refund of fees, TriumphClass Ltd must first receive a written notice of withdrawal from the trainee, either through a signed letter or by email. Notices of withdrawal submitted by any other means—including phone calls or third-party letters—will not be accepted.
The only exception applies if a trainee is incapacitated. In such cases, the trainee’s parent, spouse, or sponsor may notify TriumphClass Ltd on their behalf.

2) After 7 days but before 15 days: The trainee will receive a refund of fees paid, less 25%.

4) From the 31st day onward: No refund will be issued.
The above timelines are calculated from the date of class enrollment, not from the date of fee payment.
